Pizza Order Forms are due on October 20th for Mites, Squirts, and Peewees. Order forms are due on Tuesday October 21st for Bantams and Mini-Mites. Expect the orders to be delivered to the rink on Monday November 6th for everyone. You must pick up your orders that night.
All orders must be paid in full when they are turned in. Please make checks payable to SIYH.
REMEMBER: You will get a rebate check for 20% of what you sell.
